THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

At Phase Eight we fundamentally believe that our people are the key to our success; this all starts with our recruitment process. We work hard to ensure the service you receive when applying for one of our vacancies meets the service requirements that you would receive in one of our Stores. We ensure all relevant information about us and the application process is available so you know exactly what to expect at each stage. We believe the recruitment process is two-way and like the process to remain as transparent as possible so candidates are able to make an informed decision.

We ask all candidates to apply through our online careers website. You will be asked to answer some questions relating to your experience, behaviours and a situational judgement questionnaire. In addition, you will need to upload a copy of your CV.

Further to this, we may ask candidates to complete psychometric testing. This is designed to look at your preferred work environment and style and will be relevant to the role that you are applying for. Psychometric testing can be completed remotely or during interview, however, you would be informed of this before it takes place. If you are attending a management interview or assessment centre you will be sent a brief of what to expect as well as some exercises to prepare beforehand. Where possible we always encourage candidates to visit our Stores and website as research in to the Brand and our collection. You will have the opportunity to ask our recruitment teams any questions you may have about working for Phase Eight.


THE PERFECT FIT?

You will always receive an outcome to your application; this may be through email or telephone. If your application was unsuccessful you will receive an email as confirmation. Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications we receive we are not able to provide individual feedback on why an application wasn’t successful at initial screening stage. If you are successful you will be invited to an interview or assessment centre. If you are successful in being offered a position, a member of the team will contact you to confirm the details of the offer. We are confident it will be the start of a long and successful journey with the Company!
