Phase Eight - Delivery Policy

Delivery

We deliver using a courier service and a signature will need to be obtained for every delivery.
We deliver to BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to university addresses.
Please be advised that when ordering to a business address, the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor, as the courier cannot deliver to any other floors.


UK Delivery

Standard delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is sent by Hermes (www.hermes-europe.co.uk).
UK Express Delivery is sent by DX (www.dxdelivery.com). Please note, we are unable to offer Express Delivery for the following areas: Coll, Colonsay, Corrour, Eigg & Muck, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Lewis, Mallaig, Mull, Orkney, Rhum & Canna, Shetlands.
Collect from store is available in the UK only from all Phase Eight stand-alone stores. Further details can be found on our Store Locator page.

When will my parcel arrive?

We aim to dispatch these orders within 1 – 2 working days. First attempted delivery should be made for our UK standard delivery orders within 3 - 5 days from dispatch. UK express delivery orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be delivered the next day including Saturday. Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday are not available for next day delivery.
Our orders for the Republic of Ireland, Channel Island, USA, Australia and most European orders and will be delivered within 10 working days from dispatch. To track your delivery visit the courier website and use their track and trace service. There will also be a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email. If your order is not delivered within the delivery time please contact us.

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Dates:
To ensure you get your items in time for Christmas, order by Sunday 20th December if you are using Standard and International delivery or our Click and Collect service. Order by 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December for guaranteed Next Day Express Delivery before Christmas.


Collect from Store

Your collect from store order should be ready to collect within 3 - 5 working days from point of dispatch. You will receive a normal dispatch email confirming that your order is on its way to the store, then a further email and text message (if you supplied your mobile number) once it is ready to collect. Please present the collection email or text message with the tracking code and the card used for payment in store to receive your order.


Express Collect from Store

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday via our Express Collect From Store service will be dispatched on the same day and delivered into your chosen standalone store the next day (Monday-Saturday). Please be advised that your order could arrive anytime up to 6pm and you will receive an email to confirm once your order is ready to be collected. If your order is placed after 12pm it will be dispatched the next working day with delivery into store expected 2 days after placing your order. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Due to the location of the following stores, we are unfortunately unable to provide an Express Collect From Store service and would advise to choose the standard Collect From Store or Home Delivery service:

  • Inverness
  • Belfast


What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?

All orders have to be signed for. If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempted delivery, the courier will try and deliver it to a neighbour. If they are successful in delivering the parcel to a neighbour, they will notify you by leaving a card at your address which should inform you where to collect your parcel from. If they are unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour, they will leave a card asking you to rearrange the delivery date. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, and if the parcel is still not signed for by that stage, it will be returned to our distribution centre and your credit/debit card refunded. Once we have received your order back into the distribution centre the refund process will begin. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.

If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
