  • We deliver using a courier service and a signature will need to be obtained for every delivery.
  • We deliver to BFPO addresses.
  • We do not deliver to university addresses.
  • Please be advised that when ordering to a business address, the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor, as the courier cannot deliver to any other floors.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 working days, please see your delivery type for details on time lines.
UK standard delivery
UK standard delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is sent by Hermes (www.hermes-europe.co.uk). This service takes up to 5 working days.
UK express delivery
UK express delivery is sent by DX (www.dxdelivery.com). Due to delivery restrictions we are unable to offer express delivery to the following areas: Coll, Colonsay, Corrour, Eigg & Muck, Lewis, Mallaig, Mull, Orkney, Rhum & Canna, Shetlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent via standard delivery only. UK express delivery orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday are not available for next day delivery.
UK Saturday delivery
Saturday delivery is sent by DX (www.dxdelivery.com). Due to delivery restrictions we are unable to offer express delivery to the following areas: Coll, Colonsay, Corrour, Eigg & Muck, Lewis, Mallaig, Mull, Orkney, Rhum & Canna, Shetlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent via standard delivery only. When ordering an item for Saturday Delivery, it will be delivered the first Saturday following your order, at present you cannot nominated a specific date.
Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from all our stand alone Phase Eight stores in the UK. When placing your order select 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option, choose your store and complete your order. Standard Click & Collect delivery is free, so there are no delivery costs and it should be ready to collect within 5 working days. We'll email you once it's arrived and ready for collection. You then have 10 days to collect your order. You will be required to show ID when you collect your order. You can then try on, exchange, or refund your order in store (PayPal orders and Bridalwear cannot be refunded in store).

Express Click & Collect

UK express click & collect orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the working next day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday are not available for next day delivery.

Please be advised that your order could arrive anytime up to 6pm and we'll email you to confirm your order is ready to be collected. You then have 10 days to collect your order. You will be required to show ID when you collect your order. You can then try on, exchange, or refund your order in store (PayPal orders and Bridalwear cannot be refunded in store).

Standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland is sent by Nightline (www.nightline-delivers.com). To track your delivery visit the courier website and use their track and trace service.

Standard delivery to Europe, the USA and Hong Kong is sent by DHL (www.dhl.co.uk). To track your delivery visit the courier website and use their track and trace service. Orders for the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, USA, Hong Kong and most European orders and will be delivered within 10 working days.

Standard delivery to Australia is sent by OCS (www.ocsworldwide.co.uk). To track your delivery visit the courier website and use their track and trace service.


What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?

All orders have to be signed for. If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempted delivery, the courier will try and deliver it to a neighbour. If they are successful in delivering the parcel to a neighbour, they will notify you by leaving a card at your address which should inform you where to collect your parcel from. If they are unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour, they will leave a card asking you to rearrange the delivery date. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, and if the parcel is still not signed for by that stage, it will be returned to our distribution centre and your credit/debit card refunded. Once we have received your order back into the distribution centre the refund process will begin. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.

If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
