Phase Eight - Delivery and Returns Policy


We deliver using a courier service and a signature will need to be obtained for every delivery.
We deliver to BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to university addresses.
Please be advised that when ordering to a business address, the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor, as the courier cannot deliver to any other floors.

UK Express Delivery is sent by DX ( Due to delivery restrictions we are unable to offer express delivery to the following areas: Coll, Colonsay, Corrour, Eigg & Muck, Lewis, Mallaig, Mull, Orkney, Rhum & Canna, Shetlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent via standard delivery only.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything purchased from Phase Eight online we will be happy to refund an item, provided it is in a re-saleable condition. Returns of full price items should be made within 28 days of purchase, whilst sale items should be returned within 14 days of receipt of the last item in your order. All purchases must be returned in original condition & packaging. We regret for reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it from our distribution centre then please email us on

If your order has already left our distribution centre then unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it at this stage. Instead once your order has arrived simply follow the returns instructions enclosed and when we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund.

Studio 8 Returns

Studio 8 online purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded at any Studio 8 or Phase Eight concession store or Phase Eight store. Please follow the Phase Eight returns by post proceedure detailed above.
