Self Care

We all experience aches and pains in our bodies.  Wouldn't it be nice to know how we could get rid of them ourselves?

If this is the case then this "Self-Care" class is for you!

It is important to become more aware of the tension patterns your body is holding onto on a daily basis.  This allows you to become more aware of how those tension patterns are resulting in the pain, tension, stress, and discomfort your body is experiencing.

However, what can you do when there isn't a someone to work on you?

How do you take care of yourself keeping in mind the concept of comfort when you are in pain?

How do you disconnect from the emotional attachment of the pain/discomfort?

How can you work with the parts you can't "reach?" (especially your back!)

These questions and many many more are going to be covered in this class on "Self-Care."

Each "Self-Care" class is uniquely different custom taylored to the participants that attend.  We will work with all the issues, problems, and areas of discomfort presented at the beginning of the class. The topics presented will be tied into the principles of comfort so everyone gets a chance not only to feel the subtle shifts and changes of stress and tension going away within their own body.  They will also come away from the class with a distinct understanding of how to find comfort within their bodies and their lives outside of class.
