How we champion the
wellbeing of our team
We are proud to partner with Retail Trust, an organisation that provides financial, emotional and mental health support to all employees and their immediate families. Our team can access support tools confidentially at any time.
We have Mental Health First Aiders and run training sessions with the accredited training body Mental Health First Aid England, intended to empower our colleagues to care for themselves and others.
An active lifestyle is also encouraged. We offer subsidised fitness benefits including yoga and self-defence classes and talks from nutritionists, sleep and health experts.
We also encourage everyone to support charities by fundraising, volunteering or donating their skills.
