- Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you can track your order using the Global-e Shipping portal here

- We always aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.
