Your training and development starts on day one, this enables all store employees to gain the knowledge they need to carry out their roles as ambassadors of the brand. You will be supported by our management team and learn through one-on-one training on the shop floor, giving you the firm foundations for success. Regular feedback will be given throughout your initial 12 weeks and a personal development plan will be tailored to you, to further expand your skills.

ASPIRE is a Leadership Development Programme open to our employees who deputise in our stores and concessions, designed to give those employees the skills and knowledge to become Phase Eight Managers of the future! The programme has been a great success; ideas from the workshops have been developed and implemented by the business, this exemplifies our commitment to recognising and rewarding employee’s commitment to their own personal development and that of the company.
Top 30 is our coaching course for managers in the 30 highest performing flagship stores and concessions. The course focuses on commercial and business acumen skills, with an emphasis on applying this in a practical environment.
