On receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address which you have provided to us. This email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. Payment shall be taken on the day your order is placed with us and this will be confirmed to you by email. An order dispatch email will be sent when the goods are being prepared for dispatch.

UK Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 for orders under £150, FREE for orders over £150 and takes 5-7 working days.

Premium Courier Service DHL / DX is £4.95 and takes 2 - 3 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery is £6 and takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed Mon-Thurs before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday are not available for next day delivery.
Next Day Saturday Delivery is £8 and the order must be placed on Friday before 2pm to be delivered the next day on Saturday.
International Delivery
Globale UK Limited (“Global-e”) is our sales facilitation and e-commerce partner, and by placing an international order to purchase one or more of our products through the online checkout, you accept that you have read, understood and agree to Global-e’s terms of sale and privacy policy. Global-e is the seller on record for international orders, and Global-e will take your transaction payment.
UK returns are FREE and can be sent via Royal Mail.
We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed. Instead, once your order has arrived, simply follow the returns instructions enclosed and as detailed below, and where we have received your goods in accordance with our refund policy, you will be issued with a refund.
Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought online with a proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original, unworn state together with valid receipt.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, and face masks.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order it will be without charge to you.
We reserve the right at any time to make changes to the Website, these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and such other policies. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, they will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Any rights you have under consumer legislation, including legal rights relating to faulty products, are not affected by these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability for any losses or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website.
We may send an email if you put an item/s in your basket, but leave the site while you are logged into your account. These emails are not promotional emails. They should assist you in your checkout. Therefore, if you unsubscribe from the checkout assistance emails you will not be automatically unsubscribed from the Phase Eight marketing communications. This would need to be done separately.
If you have agreed to receive marketing emails, we may from time to time notify you of special promotional offers and events (including sale previews). These offers may run alongside promotions in our standalone stores or at one or more of our partner department stores, as notified to you via email or in store.
We may send you invitations to special events in your local stores in addition to new store openings nearby to your local stores. All event details (including any accompanying special offers) are to be determined by us at our sole discretion.
From time to time, we may ask for feedback from you via email and/or select you to be invited to attend a Phase Eight customer forum at our head office and/or at your local store(s). If you are invited to provide feedback on our services, products, or marketing via email and you elect to do so, you may be entered into a prize draw, details of which will be provided to you in the email.
If you have signed up for marketing emails you may be notified of benefits via email
and so you should ensure that Phase Eight is designated as a 'safe sender' on your
email systems.
Benefits are valid until the date specified by us in the relevant email
communication to you and must be redeemed by such date. Benefits are to be redeemed
in certain stores as notified to you. The redemption of a benefit is subject to:
these Terms and Conditions; the Website Terms and Conditions (if applicable); and
any further terms and conditions advised at issuance.
No cash alternative will be available and benefits cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer or discount. Benefits cannot be re-sold, transferred or
assigned.
Benefits may be offered regardless of spend with Phase Eight.
