In the current circumstances we are doing all we can to ensure parcels are delivered within our usual time frames.
Our delivery services are now ‘Touch free’, our couriers will advise you on the safe, new way to sign for your delivery, for example our ‘Accepted at Delivery Point’ for DHL Express service. If you would rather not sign for a delivery with touch pad or signature, please let the courier know who can accommodate your request as best as possible with these new measures.
Alternatively, select the different options provided by our couriers (DHL for Express, Hermes for Standard) prior to delivery and choose an alternative such as ‘Nominate a Safe Place’ for Hermes Standard Delivery or arranging to collect from a local DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint at a later date.

If you order contains more than one item, some items may have different dispatch dates. We will split your order to ensure we get each item to you as soon as they’re ready, at no extra cost.

We’ll email once your order has arrived in store and you’ll then have 10 days to collect. You’ll be required to show ID when you collect and your Collect Code if at a HubBox Collect Point. Please be advised that the store offers a collection service only. For returns please use the instruction provided in your parcel, obtaining a proof of posting as record of your return.

Orders after 12pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be
sent in two working days.
Your order could arrive anytime up to 8pm. We’ll email once it’s arrived in store and you’ll then have 10 days to collect your order. You’ll be required to show ID when you collect.

What happens if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
We require a signature for all home deliveries. If unable to deliver the courier will leave a card at your address to inform you; where to collect your parcel if left with a neighbour, or asking you to rearrange the delivery date.
After three delivery attempts your order will be returned to Phase Eight and your payment card refunded. It may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.
If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
We do not deliver to university addresses
UK Express Delivery and Saturday unavailable for delivery to the Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, selected mainland Highlands locations and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent as standard delivery.
Please be advised that when ordering to a business address, the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor.
