Welcome back! We’ve put steps in place so you can shop safely and can’t wait to see you in store soon.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our utmost priority through this unprecedented time. We're putting procedures in place to ensure a safe shopping environment for both you and our staff.

Social Distancing

We ask that our staff and customers keep a safe distance of 2m between each other - social distancing floor markers are in place to make this possible.

Hand Sanitiser

Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the store.

Increased Store Cleaning

All areas of the store - fitting rooms, till points - will be cleaned hourly to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping environment.

Card Only, Please!

We ask that all payments are made by card, preferably contactless. This helps reduce contact between you and our team, for everyone's safety.

Safety In Numbers

We will have a limit in the number of customers in store in order to ensure social distancing, including only allowing 2 people from the same group in at once.

Returning online via post is FREE in the UK.

To protect our customers and staff, our distribution centre and delivery partners are adhering to social distancing measures, this may take a little longer than usual. We aim to process and refund online orders within 14 days of you returning the items.

Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought online with a proof of purchase, within 28 days of receipt.

Returns can be sent via Royal Mail or to any Phase Eight standalone stores.

For a refund items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears.

Easily Shop Online is open too, with delivery services running as normal. Click & Collect is available from our stores that have reopened. We have strict safety measures in place to ensure our warehouse team are safe at work and have implemented a 'touch free' signing process on delivery of your parcel or delivery to a safe place.
