Who We Work With

We carefully select our global network of suppliers, factories and partners for their expertise and ability to source the best materials, as well as meet progressive social and environmental standards.

A Transparent Supply Chain

We visit our suppliers regularly and work closely to ensure they meet and maintain our ethical trade requirements which are aligned with the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and Human Rights Due-Diligence Framework, along with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ensuring labour standards are respected and human rights are protected.

This is more than a just list of instructions; it represents our shared responsibility to contribute to a positive cycle, while helping to improve the working conditions and wellbeing of local communities.

Our Holistic Approach

As an important element to our human rights due-diligence, Phase Eight is focused on going beyond the audit to empower the people in our supply chains, educating on business critical topics and employment rights.

Since 2020, Phase Eight has been working with digital training platform, Quizrr to implement worker-centric, engaging, and gamified digital training content. Based on ILO core conventions and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Quizrr digital training programme is an effective and engaging way for all level of employees to learn.

Making lasting holistic change is the aim, for a happier workforce.
