This beautiful dress is a quality item and I would have loved to keep it. However, the chunky lace on the bodice gave me a less than smooth look so unfortunately I had to return the whole outfit. I was very disappointed as I thought this was 'the one'. For me the lace, although very attractive, was a little too stiff.

This shift dress was just super.. Lovely colour, weight and style 😊 unfortunately a size 14 was much too large for me despite other reviewers commenting they felt it "true to size". It does say slim fit and with me being a bit bottom heavy, and it being a shift dress I needed to be able to walk and sit down comfortably in it without a VPL!! 😅 No fear of that, it was hanging off me 😕so I was very disappointed that a 12 was out of stock.

A beautiful looking dress, top is lovely and opulent however the skirt section, I feel is made of quite cheap stretchy material that is not nice to the touch. I have a problem with materials that feel not very nice to the touch. It also, is very small fitting compared to the good fit of the skirt section.

Like the fit and material very soft and comfortable.The colour described as duck egg but I feel more of a soft grey sliver which I wanted . The length of the skirt is belove the knee and the skirt allows you to seat down without awkward rising of the material again another great factor as my legs are not great Also this dress was rated in the list of the most appropriate mother of bride outfits. A great signature piece to a wardrobe

The dress is quite heavy and looked quite nice until I tried it on. The lace is very "lumpy" looking and doesn't lay very well at the back. The dress really looked a little cheap to be honest.

The whole outfit was well made but the heavy lace on the top of the dress has some areas of the lace that are not attached to each other because of the design. Hopefully this will not become an issue when I wear the outfit in August for my daughter’s wedding.

Disappointing. The zip isn't sewn in very well so it didn't open and close easily (the stitching is too close to the zipper teeth in two places). the front bodice was poorly constructed. the left side of the bodice wasn't sewn into the front middle seam properly, so it gapped and also slipped off my shoulder.
