Beautiful dress - it was my first choice pre trying anything on, though another one suited me better and I sent this back. Very close second place.

Finally ordered what I hoped to be my wedding dress after looking at it for weeks (Poppy). My initial thoughts on opening the presentation box was disappointment that the dress material looked of a lesser quality than it had appeared online. My second disappointment was the sizing, I’m an average size 14 but ordered a 16 with the thought that it would be slightly big and I could have it altered to fit my shape exactly however it was way too small and I couldn’t fasten the dress up at the back (FYI this is a 2 person job). The comments made about the boning from waist to bust being a bit strange in their positioning are true. Such a shame as I was almost positive that this going to be my dress. Perhaps if I could have gotten into the dress I may have forgiven the quality of the material. It hasn’t put me off ordering another dress from phase 8 and I have my eye on another, just have to hope they go up to an 18!

The dress was beautiful, especially the back. However the front could have been better, especially if it was long sleeve or quarter sleeve would have looked goood

Lovely dress, I found it fits as described in the size 8. Lovely quality and just needs a few minor adjustments as does any wedding dress. The boning on the top does seem in a little bit of an odd place/shape but maybe that's just my body! Very happy with the dress, the first dress I tried and I'm keeping it.

I am in LOVE with this dress. I can't believe the first dress I tried was the one! It fits beautifully and is so flattering. I love the back detail too. Try it on and you won't regret it.

Beautiful, stylish dress and good quality. Just not the right fit for me. I'm a 10 - 12, and found the 10 too tight in places and the 12 too big in places, so definitely depends on your body shape.

Great quality and really a beautiful dress but quite ill fitting, boning just didn’t sit right around the bust area.

Received the dress in a box which was beautifully packaged. This is my first wedding dress to try on and quite nervous. Shops not opened yet so need to start the dress journey!!! First impressions were good. Dress was finished off to a great detail. The buttons at the back are individually fasten. I thought maybe a zip. My daughter was able to fasten easily though. Once tried on it fitted perfectly. I would say true to size. Nice and light to wear and very comfortable. The small train at the back was a beautiful details. Elegant and classy.

Lovely detail and dress very pretty but the boning and bodice was ill fitting. Also the detail on the arms was not symmetrical meaning one arm had an almost completely sheer panel. Looked as though it was a mistake and didn’t match the opposite arm.

I was looking for a dress that does not stand out too much but is still elegant. The dress is made of good quality (as in the pictures). Normally I am in-between size 8 and 10 (UK size), so I was a bit worried when I ordered size 8 as size 10 was no longer available. Luckily, the dress fitted perfectly (about 0.5-1 inch of space left).

Beautiful vintage style dress for the price, the detail is really it does come up really small, I am always a size 12/14 for my boobs but the size 14 would not fit at all, was really too small that couldn’t get the back done up, the bottom fit was perfect. So going to try the next size up

This is a really beautifully designed dress. My bridal shop has shut due to the pandemic and I was somewhat panicking about what do, having originally put a deposit on an expensive made to measure dress. I saw the poppy dress and in particular the pictures of real brides in it, and they were all beautiful. Im not disappointed on receipt and looking forward to my day wearing it.

The dress is so pretty with the lace and sheer back and the beaded belt tied it all together really well. The train is longer on me than in the photo as I’m only 5ft 2, which makes it even better. The shape is flattering and quite fitted. I will just have to get the length shortened at the front before I wear it on my big day, but overall really happy with it!

This is a beautiful wedding dress and the fitting is the same as your regular size unlike most wedding stores where you have to go up at least one if not two sizes. The dress is perfect and hangs beautifully

Beautiful dress, more detailed/sequinned that I expected based on the photos though. Fit wasn’t quite right in the hips for a pear shaped lady. Fabric didn’t feel as premium as the price tag suggests

Beautiful dress that looked lovely. The lace detail on the back was gorgeous. However, on the dress I tried, the lace detail had too many gaps on one side.

The dress is very good quality and looks stunning. I love the detail on the back and the pretty removable belt and train detail. A little long for me as I am 5ft 2, but nothing some minor alteration couldn’t fix. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Long for me (I am 5'2") but you can have it altered if needed, mine needs to come up about 2 inches. Comes up quite small, so would recommend buying the next size up to your usual size. Beautiful dress, very good quality. Love it!

The dress is really well detailed, the lace looks expensive and the back is pretty. The dress has short sleeves and is really light, so great for a summer wedding. It has a smart but casual look if you are not one for giant glitzy dresses. The belt is removable so you can replace it if needed

I really like this wedding dress but it wasn't quite for us. I love the top but would've wanted a bit more of a train or volume of the skirt. I also think the lace at the back was a little bit bare. Following the line of the front or a 'v' shape would've been nice.

Such a lovely dress, true to size and so beautifully finished. I love the modern lace pattern and the covered buttons all down the back. Double lined skirt as well giving it a good weight and drapes well.

I think the dress design is beautiful, however, the fitting is slightly out as the bust areas and arm areas are quite loose.
