I ordered a size 8 and a 10 puffer coat so that I could select the one which fitted best, although I was a size 8 according to the online guide. I was therefore quite surprised when the 8 was a mega snug fit and the 10 would not allow room for a jumper underneath.
For these reasons I had to return both. This was a pity as the coat was of good quality and I liked both its design and colour. The option to remove the belt readily was useful too.

I was very pleased with this product , lovely colour and right fit for size . It is warm and I did not get soaked walking the dog on a rainy day .

It is a beautiful dress and I love the print. Velvet sleeves are beautiful way of adding some sophistication and comfort in the style. I like the straight, slightly loose fit, especially around the waist which hides my bulge.

Lovely fit, warm, and great quality. Hood not too big so doesn't fall forward and cover the eyes. Not sure about the belt it doesn't add to the overall appearance so have removed it.

Lovely colour which is a change from drabs black, browns and navy. Coat is filled with feather and down so is very warm. It is also a great length coming over my knees (I am 5ft) and has a belt to make it look slightly less bulky.
This is my second feather/down puffa coat from Phase Eight. I bought my first one 5 winters ago and it lasted me well but it was getting a bit tired. This coat was a replacement.
The improvements on the previous one:
1 This coat is shower resistant which is great. Droplets of water stay on the surface in rain showers, however they will eventually soak in.
2 The design is quite stylish and the colour choice (forest green) is great
3 The zip stops a few inches before the end of the coat which is great because otherwise it will burst open when you sit down. There are buttons in addition all the way down the coat which you can choose to use.
4 It is a great warm coat ideal for cold and wet winter days
The downsides:
1 I don't like the black hair/fur on the hood. The hairs fall out and they also make the hood very heavy. My previous coat had soft fur which was much better. The hood size on this coat could have been bigger. Also in high winds the hood keeps being blown off - there needs to be be some kind of better fastening to avoid this.
2 As with previous coat, the feathers and down come out onto your clothes. There needs to be another lining, ie a double lining, on the coat to prevent this. I know from experience that this will worsen as the coat ages.
3. Coat is very very heavy. This is due to feather and down inside so I guess you choose either warmth or lightness in a coat.
4. As coat is polyester, you do sweat in it but this is typical of most puffa coats.
Overall this is a good coat and I would recommend it. If fits slightly on the small side so try it on first, particularly if you want to wear warm bulky clothes underneath

The wife unit chose it and she is very happy. I think it could do with a colour co-ordinated fabric covered belt similar to that seen with other coats in store (the ones that have a crinkled look)

I love these coats. So warm and practical for our winters. I bought the coat in black last year but outdent resist this loverly forest green colour.
Well designed, although I personally would have preferred no belt. It cheapened the overall look. I removed it.
Phase Eight often get it just right with stylish looking clothes and this coat ticks many boxes on style. Would prefer different material to Polyester but hopefully it will be fairly shower-proof and keep me warm for trip in the Alps this season.
Fitted me perfectly as I have quite long arms and a long body, first coat to fit me properly.
